By making a purchase with Sparkeon Super Store, you (the Customer) agree to be bound by the following strict terms and conditions regarding returns and replacements.
1. No Refund Policy
Sparkeon Super Store maintains a Strict No-Refund Policy. Under no circumstances will monetary refunds be issued for any purchase. Our sole remedy for eligible returns is the provision of a Replacement of the same or equivalent item.
2. Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met without exception:
- Time Limit: The request for replacement must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or purchase.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition.
- Packaging: All original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and "freebies" must be intact and included. Any signs of wear, use, or damage to the packaging will result in an immediate rejection of the request.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order ID is mandatory.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Replaceable Items
The following categories are strictly excluded from any returns or replacements:
- Perishable Goods: Items including food, beverages, flowers, or any products with a limited shelf life cannot be returned or replaced.
- Used Items: Any product that has been opened, used, or installed.
- Clearance/Final Sale: Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
4. Mobile Recharges and Digital Services
For mobile recharges, utility bill payments, and other digital services:
- User Error: Sparkeon Super Store is not responsible for transactions failed due to the entry of an incorrect mobile number, operator, or amount by the user. No replacements or credits will be issued for user mistakes.
- Service Provider/System Error: Resolution will only be considered if the error originated solely from Sparkeon’s technical systems. Such cases will be investigated and resolved at the sole discretion of the management.
5. Logistics and Shipping Charges
- Courier Costs: All shipping and handling charges for returning the item to our facility and for the delivery of the replacement item are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
- Risk of Loss: The Customer bears the risk of any damage or loss of the item during transit back to our facility.
6. Process for Replacement
To initiate a replacement request, customers must contact an authorized Sparkeon Executive through the following channels:

Important: Do not send items to any address without prior authorization. The specific return address will be shared exclusively by our executive only after the request has been reviewed and tentatively approved.
7. Dispute Resolution (ADRM)
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to this policy or the breach thereof shall be resolved solely through Mediation or other Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms (ADRM). Both parties agree to exhaust these mechanisms before seeking any other legal remedies. The decision reached through such mechanisms shall be final and binding.
8. Final Authority
Sparkeon Super Store reserves the right to final inspection and the sole discretion to determine if an item meets the criteria for replacement. We reserve the right to reject any replacement request that does not comply with this policy.
